Update 1-12-09

The construction phase is mostly complete with some work to be done outside like fencing and removal of construction materials.  We plan to do some more paving in the Spring.  

The Gym is in full use now with regular events taking place.  On Wednesday nights Master Club and the Teens meet there.  Other events include Men's Basketball on Monday's, regular Family nights, banquets, Men's Fellowship meetings and much more.  

It will be our prayer that the gym will further our outreach in Fort Mill and surrounding areas.

This will conclude any regular updates.  As soon as the outside work is complete there will be some final pictures uploaded of the outside.  

Update 1-12-09

On December 27th we had our Christmas banquet and had over 160 in attendance.  

The gym gives our church a great place to meet and have plenty of room.  The next church wide banquet will be Valentines on Saturday February 14th.

Update Friday December 19, 2008

This was opening night at Master Club this past Wednesday. This room is where we have the opening and it seats over 30 kids.

Saturday 12-13-08 Update

The gym floor is finished!

12-8-08 Monday Update

PRAISE THE LORD!  We received our Final Occupancy Permit today from the City of Fort Mill!  We are also thankful that the company doing our gym floor showed up early and are now currently finishing up the floor which should complete the building this week!

We are planning an open house very soon and will share the information when it is finalized.

Tuesday 12-2-08 Update

Its been quiet here the last week or so.  We hit a snag with the gym floor.  After the flooring crew were able to find a way for their floor to be installed they ran out of time and had to go do another job.  They are expecting to be back and hopefully around December 15th we will be able to use it.

Most of the other issues have been resolved so we are almost ready to be able to use the gym.

Update Monday 11-17-08

We are getting closer to completion of the gym.

We had an inspection on Monday for our Certificate of Occupancy.  It failed and there is a small list of things to fix and a few slight changes to make.  We anticipate these being completed quickly and the Certificated given.  Next week the gym floor will be completed and we anticipate the gym being completed by Thanksgiving!
